Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Deal Todo. By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Deal Todo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

The Service

Deal Todo turns authorized client conversation text into a current Todo list and reviewable, source-backed suggestions. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend a feature to protect data, prevent abuse, or address reliability issues.

Audio upload is disabled in the current product. If it is later enabled, separate upload notices and limits will apply.

Accounts

You must use a supported Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You may not share access in a way that defeats account, payment, or processing limits.

Your Materials and Permissions

You retain ownership of the Deal names, transcripts, notes, and other material you submit. You grant Deal Todo and its service providers a limited right to host, transmit, and process that material only to operate, secure, and support the service.

You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful grounds needed to submit client communications. Do not submit material that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malware, or is subject to restrictions that prohibit third-party AI processing.

AI Output and Your Review

AI-generated Todos, suggestions, transcripts, and source matching may be incomplete or incorrect. They are organizational assistance, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether to apply, edit, complete, or reject it. Deal Todo does not silently apply later-material suggestions for you.

Free Processing, Subscriptions, and Credits

• Each account receives one free successful material processing per UTC day. Unused daily processing does not accumulate.
• Starter is $20 per monthly billing period and includes 50 paid processing credits. Pro is $100 per monthly billing period and includes 300 paid processing credits.
• One successful material processing uses one available processing credit after the daily free processing has been used. Failed processing does not consume a credit.
• Subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over. Credit top-ups are not currently offered.
• Paid plans may unlock deeper material details. Todo results, suggestions, and source quotes remain part of the free core experience.

Checkout and recurring billing are handled by Creem. Subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. You may cancel through the available account controls; cancellation takes effect according to the displayed billing status, and access already paid for generally continues through the current period unless law or provider rules require otherwise.

Payment Issues and Refund Requests

If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support@dealtodoflow.com with the account email and order information. Do not send full card details. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law, the checkout terms, and the circumstances of the request. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• access another user's Deals, recordings, account, billing records, or administrative functions;
• bypass authentication, processing limits, payment controls, or security measures;
• use the service to distribute malware, spam, illegal content, or abusive automated traffic;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits; or
• use AI output to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.

Deletion, Suspension, and Termination

You may delete individual Deals or request account deletion through support. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal necessity, or non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or delete data, except when doing so would increase risk or violate law.

Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that AI output will always be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Deal Todo disclaims implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to an early-stage online service. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deal Todo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by your failure to review AI output or obtain permission for submitted material. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
